What We Do
Creating a vision for your curriculum is the foundation. Our service approach is the inverse of what most technology consultants do. Rather than first advising you about what devices, software platforms, and digital content you need, we begin by creating a community-driven vision for teaching and learning. Because technology is obsolete when you buy it and with ever-accelerating change, your community must craft your long-term plan, to ensure that they support the plan. With our approach, you will save frustration and invest wisely for the future.
How We Do It
Visioning Workshop: We plan, organize, and facilitate a long-term curricular centric visioning process. Together with parents, corporate leaders, political leaders, teachers, administrators, staff, architects, and product specialists we map out your learning environment based on technology trends and forecasts for skills needed to succeed in the economy of 2035.
Digital Readiness Audit: You will have an assessment of human resource and infrastructure to enable your shift from print-centric curriculum to a digital content instructional delivery model. This service includes an audit of your current devices, software, networks, staffing, instructional spaces, teacher skills, a report of findings and recommendations.
Strategic Instructional Technology Planning: Our consultants work with you to develop a long-range curriculum plan, considering impacts of technology changes and the outcome of the visioning workshop. This planning process includes a series of onsite and online meetings with administrators, lead teachers, parents and support staff.
Instructional Technology Selection Advisory: Our experienced consultants evaluate your requirements and assist in your selection of products and services that best map to your long-term vision and strategic plan. We break through the hype and provide an unbiased recommendation of the available solutions and the organizations that provide them.
